The Buyer is the consumer placing the order, referred to as buyer/the buyer hereinafter.

  1. Pricing

The stated price for access to Æira is the total price the buyer shall pay. This price includes all fees and additional costs. The subscription type is without commitment, and one pays once for the period desired. One can choose between monthly, semester, or yearly subscription.

  1. Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has placed their order in the payment solution in the online store.

  1. Payment

Payment occurs at the time the order is placed. We only offer sales of access to Æira through this website or through direct contact with one of our employees. It is not permitted to purchase access from a third party, for example, a 'partially used' subscription. We reserve the right to decline or cancel sales if we suspect that the terms of use above have been violated.

Purchasing access preferably occurs through our payment providers 'Nets,' 'PayPal,' or 'Vipps,' which offer payment with BankAxept, Visa, Mastercard, and Vipps.
If you purchase a subscription, we will charge your payment card monthly, every 6 months, or annually, depending on the subscription you chose. There is no commitment period, and you can cancel the subscription whenever you wish. You will not be refunded the subscription cost for the already paid current period.
In case of a price change for a subscription, you will receive a notification at least 30 days in advance.
When purchasing access to Aeira, you will receive an order confirmation for your purchase (receipt) that you can download and keep. All receipts for previous purchases are always available under "User Account".
Purchasing access to Aeira is subject to VAT as it is considered an educational tool.

  1. Delivery, Right of Withdrawal, and Complaints

Aeira is available and can be accessed from the moment the online ordering process is completed. Delivery therefore occurs immediately. Upon purchasing access to Aeira, the buyer will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email, which can be downloaded and saved.

Æira is a digital service delivered digitally immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the buyer consents to the immediate delivery of the service, and the buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thus forfeited.

The Act on the Supply of Digital Services to Consumers (the Digital Services Act) regulates the buyer's right to complain. If you wish to make a complaint, the buyer should send an email to kontakt@aeira.no as soon as possible, with a detailed description of the matter.

  1. Conflict Resolution

Any complaints must be directed to Æira within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available by phone at 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
